Physical therapy, advanced imaging studies (such as MRIs or CT scans), and nerve conduction studies/electromyographies (NCS/EMG) will need prior insurance approval, even when given a prescription by Dr. Garala’s team.  The designated physical therapy location, imaging center, or specialist’s office can assist in confirming your insurance coverage. 

If you are not a patient of Dr. Garala and would like to make an appointment with him, please contact his office and confirm with his secretary, Tracey Vaughan, that your visit will be covered by your insurance carrier.
